Which 2003 HWs would have beat RJJ?

Those who want to see Jones-Byrd, who knows ? Could happen yet, but not vintage version.

Ruiz was perfect for Jones, as the top 5 of the moment go, he was the perfect choice, no doubt there.

He could have beaten many, but sure not all.

Light Heavyweights have always tested out the heavyweights, and befuddled them with their normally better movement, causing some embarrassing losses for the big boys, even top ones.

I wish more people had a reasonable perspective on Jones. He seems like one of those guys that many people just love to love him, or love to hate him.

And that's ok, but it's a problem is when those emotions influence a persons opinions on what he did in the ring. Then you get one crowd that thinks at his peak, he was an immortal (almost the way Jones thinks of himself) and the other crowd who thinks he's a china-chinned coward, who's abilites were mostly that of smoke and mirrors.
