Where to train BJJ in Amsterdam?

In September I will be moving to Amsterdam to study for a year. I currently train jiu jitsu in the UK at 10th Planet Birmingham and I would like to continue my training in Amsterdam. I have two questions:

1. Where is the best place to train that teaches in English?
2. Are there any places where I can train just nogi or will I most likely have to train gi jiu jitsu?
