Quest Diagnotics, there all over the country. Walk in give them the paperwork, they draw the blood then you leave.

Your family doctor should be able to do it. Just like a free STD test.

Econolabs is what I use (most of the other fighters at my gym use the same). If your in the USA it's affiliated with LabCorps (If your outside of the USA i'm not sure what draw company they use). Price is 60 dollars and they test for the 3 bloodborne pathogens required for most state licenses (HIV, HepB, and HepC).
