The title says it all. Is Straus suffering from an injury that I am unaware of or something? He isn't scheduled to have a fight and I am wondering why. He is a very gritty fighter and he has really grown on me in his past couple of performances and I need to see more of him. Today I woke up and got on fight finder to see that Daniel Weichel is scheduled to face Emanuel Sanchez instead of Straus. Why? He earned his shot! He nearly KO'ed Pitbull and then outclassed Georgi. Why is he being given a prospect?
Both Straus and Weichel are extremely improved fighters. They are the epitome of keeping your nose to the grindstone and kicking ass and taking names. I think a fight between the two would be really exciting.
