That was bad enough, but the fact that it was all a ruse to get people to “voluntarily opt in”, then they went and said “oh we aren’t forcing it after all”, made it even worse.

It was not a ruse at all. From the beginning it was to be mandatory because of some issues.
But stuff happened behind the scenes and they junked it. No, peoples e-suicided had nothing to do with it.

Personally it was a blip on the radar for me. I use 2FA on almost everything except Sherdog.
 
I just straight up couldn't get to a login screen until today. They have done some fucked up updates to this site over the years, but this one might take the cake. I don't think they've made it literally unusable before.
 
2fa and the forum "unintentional upgrade" that only seemed to be here as an issue (I post on several forums same as this host and none have these issues) .

Now the forum layout - is terrible and nothing is seems to be being done. It sucks on mobile and 80 to 90 % of users use on mobile exclusively. Just strange. This is biggest mma forum around imo it isn't being run like it ... then agsin I hot no clie what the budget is forum maybe they are just handcuffed an trying best they can whi h I can appreciate but still kinda sucks as it looks like board is commit g suicide :(
 
I use mobile like 99% of the time and it's a pain. I still lurk but my posts don't always show so I usually give up. Over the last day it's gotten a bit better post wise.
 
one other factor to keep in mind it seems, is that mma as a whole is at its lowest in terms of popularity in years. there are literally zero stars currently fighting. i guess poatan, but he has zero personality. adesanya coming back to fight some journeyman is the latest interesting fight, and even i forgot that fight is taking place.

i came here for mma, first and foremost. most people don't end up here because of the mayberry forum. they arrive here due to mma. if mma's popularity is low, so too will this forum. but yes, the recent issues here do not help.
 
wont lie, the "upgrade" turned me off A LOT.

I still log on but my posting has reduced significantly.

Im salty as fuck Lemur is gone.

He suicided in protest to the 2FA that was meant to come in (but never did). He should be unbanned imo.
 
On the contrary, I'm seeing a lot of new posters, unless their avatar changed or I'm seeing old posters, but cant imagine folks coming back to this glitched format.

It's not any better on PC. This whole thing looks like trash. Which is kind of ironic given how long forums have been around and how pretty bare bones they are.
 
I cant believe they havent fixed this shit yet, just rollback whatever the fuck they did it cant be that hard. Probably trying to put even more ads or something.

This looks like its sadly the end of Sherdog if they cant fix it soon enough... but I hope not because I hate using fking reddit as the alternative

Bro, they messed up like the layout of this place. I absolutely hate going on this forum now especially on my cell phone. Right now I’m just hoping for them to fix this.
