Hi everyone, i watched all recent UFC events lately, and i noticed a Strange thing. Since UFC 196 (if i'm not wrong), Dana white is not here anymore to promote the events, put the belts on champion on the fight nigh, or lead the postfight press conférences. Instead there is a small Brown hair man.

So first -> What happened to Dana White ? Where is he ?

2 -> Who is the new man who is doing Dana white's job ?
