Hey guys,

I live in the states and I'm having an extremely difficult time finding suggested boxing shoes like the Adidas Box Hog and Nike Hyperkos/Machomai's. The US version of amazon has an abyssmal selection of boxing shoes (they have box hogs but the shipping is over a month @_@) but Amazon UK seems loaded. Do you guys usually order international for reputable shoes? Even looking international, it seems like they're out of stock with anything around 8.5s (which is what I need).

Thanks for any advice!

I recently picked up a pair of Adams Boxing Shoes from http://www.adamsboxing.com/ and they are amazing. Extremely comfortable and light, I don't own any other boxing shoes but I do own a pair of Nike Inflict 3 wrestling shoes and these are far superior. From the reviews I've read of others and from discussions with other fighters they all say the AB's are better shoes than the Hyper KO's and Box Hogs. The only problem is the guy makes a limited run of each version but from my understanding he still has a few shoes left in stock from version 2 so you might be in luck.

Otherwise you could check out global rakuten for a pair of Mizuno's or Asics, just remember they do run small so if you're a size 11 US, stock standard neither brand makes a bigger shoe than size 11 so be prepared for a tighter fit.

thanks man, im checking them out right now. I wear an 8.5 snug in most shoe brands, do the adam ones run small as well, or true to size? thanks again

Edit- Theres no pictures on his website but a ton of his instagram. Just shot him an email!

Title Boxing...
Boxing shoes aren't meant for wider feet, though, so I recently picked up a pair of wrestling shoes from a Big 5 Sporting Goods.

They run true to size. I have pretty normal feet lol but from the reviews I've read if you have flat and wide feet they still feel great.

Lucky to live near PRO Boxing Supplies in Los Angeles. They carry almost anything I could want and they ship wherever. As for the Nike HyperKO i think they stopped making them. I wore holes in mine and they said they were not getting any new ones until the new line of Nikes came out. Don't know if that is a fact but they don't have them anymore. Most big box sporting goods stores sell wrestling shoes.

I think they still make the hyperko. I could be wrong though. By hey do make that new one that's like a boxing show for outdoor training though.
