I can't see this card now being that much better than any regular card

I don't want to see Tate/Rousey 3, Rousey wins easily, it's like rock, paper, scissors with Rousey, Tate and Holms

Any Conor fight will still be interesting but has definitely lost it's aura and magic

GSP and A Silva have no magic left.

I dunno, going to be hard to come up with a magic card now

The UFC will make it a big deal. Fan interest is clearly there, as people have been putting UFC 200 dream cards together since the middle of last year. It's International Fight Week at the new arena. The UFC will promote the hell out of it, and probably do some special things production-wise. They're already promoting it as "the biggest event in UFC history". As for fights...
