Do you know why half of these 'drugs' are 'illegal'? The reason being that drug testing agencies are multi million dollar organisations just like shoe companies or clothing brands. They only make money if people test positive. If nobody is taking 'drugs' these companies aren't required…

How do you guarantee more positive tests? Put a whole bunch of bullshit on the testing lists. Drug testing agencies are the biggest problem with sport. They should be kicked to the curb like a two dollar hooker.

Huh? Testing agencies get paid to test athletes. Whether they test positive or not, they're getting paid.

You're missing the point. If athletes didn't dope testing agencies wouldn't exist. How do you convince a sporting organisation that they have a doping problem? It's supply and demand. To make it as simple as possible for anyone who can't follow: Drug testing agencies are multi million dollar organisation. They aren't not for profit doing it out of the goodness of their own hearts.

People should know that drug testing agencies are shady just like big oil, or any other corporation relying on the persistence of a 'demand' to make a profit.

Nonsense. Do you not find it interesting that the only people that ever test positive are the one's are no longer 'pivotal' to the sporting brand?

I.E: They go after big names at the end of their career to create the illusion of a 'clean sport'. Guaranteed there are fighters worth a fortune in their prime testing positive right now, and nobody will ever know. Just like the Carl Lewis cover up all those decades ago.

If you think that they have to make it so people can fail in order to make money then you're delusional. People have cheated to get advantages since the beginning of any sport or game in history.

You're part of the problem, as are the millions of couch potato's that have never done sport in their life. Every elite athlete on planet earth will be on PED's but sporting agencies aren't interested in catching them…

Drug testing agencies are essentially the bitch of the organisations they work for. The organisations hire them because a clean sport leads to more marketing revenue from external sources.

When you start bringing drug testing into sport [Much like the novel idea of socialism] you create a system whereby only those who are 'expendable' test positive. It creates an even greater gap between those at the top and those struggling to catch up.

I don't blame you for not being able to understand, but you could do yourself a big favour and open your eyes instead of shoving your head in the sand and living in a fantasy land.

The point didn't go over my head. It is stupid. These agencies are in place because people cheat. Of course they probably have the same amount of corrupted people as anywhere else, but Machida taking a banned substance that you can literally take 5 minutes searching Google to find out is illegal to take isn't a sign of it.

Oh, this makes so much sense! Nope athletes getting paid lots of money in one of the most demanding competitions aren't cheating, it's simply a ploy by an organization to make money!

I've read some silly shit from Machida apologists but this is stupid even for Sherdog. Look we know you love Machida and would swallow a mouthful of piss if it would help you convince others he's clean... but good lord have some self respect.
