I was so sure that usada was his downfall. But nope rda has gone on to beat legit competition at 170. I still watch the rda vs Lawler fight and think he didn't finish it on purpose an gave mercy to Robbie. I am very confident he gets past Colby. The Woodley fight is hard to pick I think Woodley gets it done however if RDA wins the 170 strap he will be very close in my eyes to goat status. Would have earned both titles. Unlike a few cough cough

He got clipped flush by Alvarez and lost 47-48 to Ferg, who's on one of the most dominant streaks ever at LW. His body looked exactly the same. I don't understand where this idea that he was fading post usada came from.

Youre only allowed to say Mcg ducked everyone, not the other way around.
Sherdog rules.

Maybe it's because Conor is actually a duck who would rather give up his belt than fight legit contenders while being perfectly healthy?

Some people think that because of his massive improvement compared to when he first arrived in the UFC.
No fighter in modern times improved as much as RDA during a 5 year span.

I'd argue TJ Dillashaw has that title, when he came in to the UFC in 2011 he was a pure wrestler, by 2014 he was one of the most technical strikers in the sport.

RDA improved a lot though, both are actually still improving too working with Jason Parillo on their boxing.

Where exactly is the narrative that RDA ducked Conor?
I don't believe he did, just highlighting sherdog logic that is used for mcg in a diff circumstance - the reactions are typical.

Mcg destroyed the fw division and moved up, sherdog still cries he ducked Edgar.

RDA pulls out of fight with mcg, moves up and its disgusting to say he ducked.

Like I said, I don't believe he ducked, just using the lovely sherdog logic ;)
A place rife with hyprocricy.

Ps, mcg never pulled out of a fight with Edgar.

I mean rda showed clear proof of his injury. You think conor fights with That? Yeah nah

RDA has hard cutweight when he fought against Alvarez. Something goes wrong like in Joanna first fight against Rose. RDA took much harder shots from other fighters and everything was ok, but in Alvarez fight something was wrong.

It is fairly unquestionable that Conor got favorable booking at featherweight. That had been obvious up to the gifting of Poirier as a sacrifice, then falling backwards to Siver for the title shot. Now personally, I'll never say he got favorable matchups, just booking. I don't think Dana would ever have wanted him booked against Mendes, but in fairness to Conor, he still fought him when Aldo pulled. And I'd also never argue that when he got big, Conor cherrypicked his opponents, because wanting to fight RDA, who could have been a stylistic nightmare (and instead getting the stylistic snackpack in Alvarez), to wanting to fight Floyd is definitely the sign of a guy who wants the biggest challenge. But he definitely was a guy who picked whatever fight he wanted. He's the guy who Dana would give anything to, including a mulligan for a loss, as if every fighter who loses a fight doesn't think they'd win an immediate rematch.

But in picking all his challenges, it's left him able to avoid picking challengers. And he could and has used the argument of his prior activity in fighting who he wanted, when he wanted, to justify not fighting at all anymore.

This and when he destroyed Cerrone under a minute, USADA testing was already in effect.

All very fair.

Sherdog brainwashed muricans love to shit on brazilian fighters.

Everybody is on steroids.

Lol at being a duck. He should have given up the belt long ago but the dude is anything but a duck considering who he's fought. He's earned millions, why would he fight again.
