They have never actually pulled an A. Silva and submitted someone after getting grinded on for 5 rounds. Not saying that that is the only way to show that your BJJ is any good, the point is that if they utilized primarily a grappling gameplan, they wouldn't be able to execute it. All of their submission wins usually come after they have exhausted their opponent by outpunching them.
Beating the crap out of someone where they become so inebriated they can't defend themselves from submission does not make your BJJ good.
In that sense, it is not their BJJ that won them the fight. Their BJJ is overrated.
