What do you do with him?
Title shot right away?
One fight then title shot if he win?
(just to know if his body can go through a full camp)

I think the UFC want Reem Vs Werdum next,
That would explain why they pick Arlovski. (bit weird to me)

Winner of Hunt Vs Mir for Cain return if I could choose.

Huge Cain fan here.....

but no title shot right away....give him a tune-up fight first #1 contender fight

I'd like to see Cain against maybe Travis Browne or Josh Barnett?
 
Cain will sprain his wrist from signing his next fight contract and promptly retire.

J.K. I honestly dont even care about Cain anymore. The guy is like a bad cold. Comes around once a year and then vanishes. That being said, I really hope they don't give him a title shot, he needs to become relevant again and earn something. No more hand outs.

According to Rothwell, Cain needs to fight completely different after the new USADA testings.

He suddenly lost his cardio and strength, and that is not working out very good for him. He should fight someone to build up for the next championship fight. Beating Cain still looks very good on paper.
 
Hey wasn't there a fighter in the UFC named Cain before? I think his last name started with a V.
Cain needs to prove he can actually stay in the cage. Tune up fight or title shot doesn't matter if it's still on fight per year. Same goes for Cruz, I'm happy he won back the title, but please oh please don't make us wait another 2 years before you get back in there

This right here. I used to get excited about Cains upcoming fights, in his prime the guy was an absolute beast and never put on a boring fight. But after losing the belt and being constantly injured he's just kind of faded away... I hope he comes back and wrecks the division but at this point, i'm not holding out too much hope.
 
I am a fan but he does not deserve a title shot. I also do not want to see Cain landing 200 punches a round in a Rothwell rematch. He should fight either Stipe or Overeem, depending who is not getting the title shot.

He won't get the title shot right away. If Werdum loses to Miocic there will be a rematch between him and Velasquez.
