jones and spivak are two completely different fighters

people were talking before this fight about when spivak gets his hands on gane...without question whether he could get his hands on gane. gane moves like a gazelle

jones had the reach and standup prowess to pressure gane which lead to the takedown. spivak doesn't have either of those things

completely different matchup. jones most likely beats him again and makes it look just as easy

He would have to start pouring on his offense and get the ball rolling his way. If he comes out passive, Jones gets a hold of him and strangles him again. I think Jones at HW is beatable as he is slow and probably underpowered in his striking. But I also think HW Bones is strong as an ox and if you get underneath him you are in for a world of hurt. He's hiring monster grappling training partners and going full beast mode in grappling/wrestling. It's a smart strategy for Jones as his usual peck away on the feet strategy at LHW is much more risky due to the one strike power at HW.
