When are we going to see Anderson Silva in the Hall of Fame?

I'm not even a Silva fan and I am losing sleep (not literally) over how the man who holds all the records (Shut the fuck up Conor) is still not in the HOF.
Even besides that, what he did in the octagon was legendary, no other man has been able to replicate that.
