Even though I am a Sanda fanboy myself I have to accept that their throws seems to have bad form when compared to Judo or Wrestling.

I wouldnt say they have bad form at all. The problem I see is the crossover of techniques to a sport with different rules. If there is no danger in exposing your back, game on. However, turning your back can lead to grave danger in the match, the techniques might not be as appealing to try.
