What's your favourite fantasy universe, hero and villain of all time?

Ever since I was a little kid, I wanted to live in the Berenstein Bears world. Everything just worked out at the end, the town seemed so united and cozy.

To those under 30, the Berestein Bears were children's books written in the 80s. To those under 20, books were things we used to read on before the internet.

Favourite fantasy land is a toss up between oz and the bathhouse from spirited away

Hero is Sen/Chihiro

Villain is no face. But he was misunderstood.

Favorite world is Starcraft followed by Warcraft

Favorite villain is Shishio from Kenshin.

Favorite hero is Ippo or Takamura from Hajime no Ippo

So everything is included, Star Wars universe everything is canon, expanded universe and all lore. JRR Tolkien's legendarium starting with the songs of creation all the way to the 3rd age.

Marvel and DC everything is canon, no retcon. Underworld universe, God of War universe etc.

So I am a fan of all of them but the one I enjoy reading the most is JJR Tolkien's world, I just love his ideals and his writings on power and evil and life, Melkor is amazing and I love Saurons turn to evil and how he tricks everyone. LOTR is also some of my favourite films. I just get lost in the world of Middle Earth when reading it.

Favourite villian

I love villians, my faves go from Pennywise to the Joker to Melkor to Thanos but i've spoke about this before on here and in my opinion the greatest, most evil, most irredeemable villain ever created is Darth Sidious, starting from his birth growing up rich and spoiled this guy is just evil in its purest form, he makes the literal Christian Devil look tame and I love it! He is so engulfed in the dark side and so heartless it makes you wonder how someone can be so bad with no guilt?

Favourite hero

Gotta say this guy is what a good guy stands for and above all others in all genres he is probably the most noble of them all. I was gonna say Goku but in honesty he has made some pretty stupid choices and isn't really a true 'hero' as he puts fighting first always. Maximus is the best for.

So Sherdog, all genres included, what's your picks?

If you count Russell Crowes character in gladiator I'd go william wallace in Braveheart for the hero. If you want a true fantasy answer i gotta go legolas. For villain I'd say Ramsey Bolton from game of thrones, that dude is a sick fuck.

It's berenstAin bears. In a different dimension it is berenstein bears though.

Berserk risk to take all 3 lol, specially Guts and Griffith

Trying to split

Hero: Maximus (Gladiator), Indiana Jones, Ash (Evil Dead)

Villain: Dracula, sadly still waiting the movie that give him justice

Universe: GoT/Asoiaf or Conan the barbarian. Pratchett's Discworld was awesome too

Would you believe me if I told you that my favorite villain and hero happens to be just one individual?

This guy was the BEST, villain, anti-hero and hero in my opinion!
