i was legit addicted to these for awhile. like i would feel like shit if i didnt have them, and if i woke up and discovered i had run out, i would rush to the gas station store in my pajamas to get my fix. i would have probably 2 a day

sugar free is better, because the sugar ones get you jittery all at once and then crash, sugar free is a smoother up and down
