Talent pool... the heyday of Japanese MMA is long over, and it hasn't blown up yet in China or Korea. If/when it does, expect to see a flood of Asian fighters in the lower weight classes. Most of them will be in OneFC or RoadFC for a while though, the UFC is going to have a hard time pulling talent from those regions at first, just because of the lack of presence and communication.
One place that people sleep on a lot is India- wrestling has a lot of history and culture there, and MMA has recently been featured in some Bollywood movies (it was a key part of the movie "Sultan," which had the biggest opening in Bollywood history). They already have the SFL, and don't be shocked if we see some Indian stars come out of it. That's a huge market that's way more open than China. I think it would be smart of the UFC to scout some Indian talent and try to set up some smaller shows there, just to test the waters.
edit: expect more Thais as well, MMA is picking up some traction there. Not sure if it's still illegal or not, but the Thai government has gone to great lengths to remove any competition Muay Thai might face
