He has a speech impediment going back since he was a kid. Has talked about it in the past.

He's not slurring his words. Sounds like he's fighting not to stutter.

I could be wrong but it sounds like he’s “cluttering.” It’s similar but different than stuttering. He could also be stuttering. I have a classmate who stutters and has similar dysfluencies in her speech as Curtis.

I wish everybody felt this way when 50 cent was teasing Mayweather, who I suspect has dyslexia, about being illiterate.

Had no idea he had a speech impediment. You learn something new every day. I've only heard him speak a few times but I never really noticed it before.
