When is USADA gonna sentence him?

Why are they taking so long? Wouldnt they want people to know when one of the biggest draws is likely coming back?

PS. Thinking about bones because i came across an article in which he states: [on dick pills] “Highly recommend it, guys. f**king great. It’s awesome.”

Lol

If the sentence came from Jones then it was probably a lie

totally normal. hearings on average take about 9 months from date of positive.

theres some still havnt made it to hearing from October 2016, 18 months ago.

theres an awful lot of back and forth has to go on. usada request information, athletes provides information, usada query something, athlete responds, and generally every time usada ask something, request something, they give either 21 or 30 days for the athlete to respond..

so yes, it takes a while.

say for instance, they ask Jones for a certain document, and they give him 30 days to provide that document..

so he provides it on day 29..

but a certain box on that document hasnt been signed, so they return it to him and ask him to get the box signed and return it.. give him 21 days to respond..

suddenly, thats SEVEN weeks to provide a single peice of paper with a signature on it

Theyre gonna say the substance he took was from a supplement and he'll be back before years end.

and no, "Wouldnt they want people to know when one of the biggest draws is likely coming back?" is not their #1 concern.

They have plenty of time to lord over his case... Jones is getting 4 years.

Any leniency he may have gotten went right out the window when he admitted he never did the online testing.

Money talks. He's a draw. WME is hurting right now. They'll make sure he gets as much of a slap on the wrist as they can. They need him.

Same reason Conor will get a slap on the wrist for something that would land most people prison time. They need him.

That 4 billion dollar loan isn't gonna pay itself off.

$$$$$$$$ MAY TAKE A BIT TO FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH THEY CAN SQUEEZE OUT OF HIM....

Well then that's very poor management on usada's part.

Jones is going to get 48-54 months so really there's no hurry. As long as he remains in the testing pool (and he might not be currently?) when the final sanction is announced doesn't really matter. Then, after serving out his USADA suspension (assuming he can stay clean which is highly unlikely since his last violation was only 14 months after his first one) he has to go before the CSAC (which only meets like 5 times a year). They'll want to see that he has made significant changes (management, educational tutorials, etc.) and only then will they consider re-licensing him.

I've said it many times before and I'll say it again, Jones will NEVER fight in the UFC again.

54 months? I thought max was 4 years.

The whole process takes way to long. Should be all dealt with within a 3 month period.
