Chicken hearts are delicious.. my grandmother started making soup with two chickens because my sister and I both wanted the heart.
Years later I walked into a yakiniku bar that had a huge bar with a grill built into the length of it, and chicken hearts were on the menu, and apparently I could order as many as I wanted.. what a true joy I felt that night.

I'll eat lots of stuff: tripe, pig's feet, organ meats like liver, heart, brains, (I draw the line on kidneys and reproductive organs, though.)

I've eaten some grubs and insects but I'm not a fan on account of texture.

I eat most seafood but not down for any snails.

I'm Vietnamese and we eat cow penises (it was cooked in a broth with many other ingredients - pho). Really. And let me tell you something. A properly cooled cow penis is pretty good. It's like a big tendon - soft and gelatinous. Like when you cook meat slow and low and all the connective tissues turns soft.

A penis is really just a large piece of connective tissue. I remember seeing a cow penis at the Asian food store when I was a kid. It was a huge wrapped circle ending with the head. Hahaha. Never freaked me out because I was used to seeing stuff like that (and I'm not white - kidding! Not really).

I later realized that stuff I had eaten before was cow dick. No biggie. I'm not gonna lie. I would eat the shit out of plate of cow dick right now. Yummy!
