I looking for a good self defense dvd that shows good techiniques in defending yourself in real life situations (i.e. headlocks, chokes, wrist grabs) and also emphasizes throws and locks. Any suggestions?

find a good place to train regularly. you can learn everything mike tyson knows about punching in two hours , does that mean you will be ready to step in the ring with him?
