i don't think there's much interest to see ngannou in the boxing ring after getting ko'd by joshua. bellator/PFL really don't have any intriguing potential match ups on their roster for francis. i personally can't think of what ngannou should do next. any thoughts? are there any ufc hw's soon to be free agents? hmmmm. thoughts?

Luke Thomas had the only good idea I heard, that PFL get someone from Glory, try and make an mma fight or special rules fight (Rico Verhoeven).

I can think of literally nothing else, try and get someone out from ONE FC maybe?

Deontay Wilder is the biggest fight Francis can make at the moment. I don’t wanna see Francis box any more, but that’s where the papers at.

although this doesn't exite me (and probably excited nobody on earth), maybe he fights the oleg popov v denis goltsov winner. the winner of this fight is (in theory) the most talented hw on the pfl/bellator roster.

That’s a terrible idea.

Ban for quoting Luke Thomas.

I think Vadim Nemkov could give Ngannou a good fight now that he's moved up to HW.

Likely gets knocked out like anyone else Ngannou would fight but it would be interesting stylistically while it lasts.
i wasn't aware nemkov is moving to hw. if so, then yeah that makes the most sense

Francis vs JDS 2
Francis vs Overeem 2
Francis vs Fedor
Francis vs Werdum
Francis vs Nate Diaz
Francis vs Cain 2
Francis vs ButterBean

I think Francis needs to find a new motivation for fighting.

He dedicated his last fight to his son... doesn't need the money, so what's going to work in terms of motivating him to fight again?

I could see him focusing on developing MMA in Africa for personal / national legacy, maybe also accepting one more big money boxing fight for financial legacy...

A fight with Jones in any format is the x-factor that would have meaning but won't materialise

He was 240 in his last fight. Looked good and still had most of his speed but just looked a little too bulky and unnatural at that size to me. Would rather see him stay at 205

No one in ONE is testing Francis, MAYBE Anatoly could but he doesn't have the greatest technique and relies heavily on being the bigger, stronger guy, who hits harder than you and Francis has him beat in all those respects.

A special rules fight with Rico would be cool but Francis ultimately just takes Rico down and murders him.

Whatever guy they get to almost die next.

The only fight I want to see is either Ngannou vs. Jones or Ngannou vs. Aspinall. I couldn't care less about anything else.
He shouldn't go back to boxing. He made enough retirement money, he's good to go.

Deontay Wilder in pfl
gentlemen agreement before fight saying you can only use your hands and no take downs allowed
And then Francis shoots after 5 secs.

But where is Delja? Isnt he still signed?
