I would have to say Tate defeating Holm would definitely be the bigger upset.

Nate should have no problem hanging with Conor, Conor could be in for a long fight which he's not used to.

Lots of variables in the Conor fight. New weight, late change of opponent etc. Something unexpected more likely to happen.

Conor is more proven than Holly, but TBH neither would be a notable upset. Conor - short notice change of opponent, new weight class, Diaz style pretty unique; Holm - hasn't faced a good wrestler yet, has 1 goot win and might just be a a bad matchup for Ronda, Tate is in Neo mode
