What's a good office work chair?

I'm talking about good padding that's soft, but won't get flattened like a pancake and stay flat. I want something good for the butt and has plastic arm rests instead of leather because I think it'll wear down fast. Also, high enough back to rest the head while leaning back.

I was thinking about something normal like this except with horizontal plastic arm rests, not curved. My main concern is my butt and legs don't get numb from sitting on it too long.

I'm going to try to look for visco-elastic memory foam.

I also read something about certain types of leather or other materials giving off a strong fume that's bad for health.
