Guess people finally realized how gay they were.

I think though, getting those spinners went hand in hard with getting 20"+ sized rims over the factory ones. But as time went on in the 2000s OEM's went with the trend and started putting 20s on trucks and cars as a factory option. Really defeated the purpose of changing them out. Even my Camaro has factory 20s.
