What would you personally do to grow the UFC if you were in charge?

Some people like the way Dana handles things, some don't. Giving favorable fights to people who bring viewers and doing immediate rematches etc.

If you were in charge what would you do to expand the UFC/mma? Co promote? Allow head kicks while in Japan? Pay booku money to sign Fedor? What would be your genius plan to promote growth?

I'd add a yellow card system, where if the fighters were being boring a yellow card is given to both fighters. Each yellow card means a %20 reduction in fighter pay, redirected into my pocket.

Put on fights that fans are interested in, if that means some times a fighter gets looked over a bit for increased ppv then so be it. Yellow cards for inactivity and yellow cards and point reduction more evenly and strictly applied for eye pokes (I don't care if it's accidental, people losing fights and money will close hands in a hurry)
