Squander or Invest?

The most important and first thing I would do, is to buy decent house in countryside for the parents and ensure they don't have to work ever again + get them the best healthcare money can buy till the rest of their lives.

Estimated cost ~ 5-10 mills

Once that is sorted, I would buy couple properties for rent out in areas where is huge demand and where prices of properties are constantly rising so that I can sell them for more later on. I would aim to get $10-15k per month from rent, therefore I would put rent as low as possible to ensure they are rented all the time.

Estimated cost ~ 30-40 mills

Get myself some fancy property, maybe Upper East Side and something in LA. House in LA and apartment in NY.

Estimated cost ~ 20-30 mills

Miscellaneous costs - Never been into cars or anything like that, in fact I don't even got a driving license. Good PC rig, good telly, full fridge and pretty much I am sorted.

First large spending for house equipment and stuff would be around 2-3 mills

Monthly spendings for bills, food and so on up to $3-5k a month. +2/4k if I desire to travel, visit cousins or friends for weddings and so on. UFC VIP experiences, all big fights cage side.


Taking to consideration all options, I would still have at least $15 mills laying around and of course properties which I can sell later on. And live of the rented properties.

Well of course in a way I would but I guarantee I would do with it just as I said. I once was not wise but I'm getting closer, I'm wise enough to see what money does to people. I'm not poor by any means but not rich either. I guess someone who was brought up to only care about that kind of stuff over real worth is kind of losing out anyway and they have no clue what really matters (family, friends, true love and genuine moments etc).
