Television What were your favourite TV series of your childhood and teenage years?

For me as a British kid the two biggest TV series by far were the comedy shows Bottom and Blackadder. We had all the series on VHS and I'd watch them over and over again

Really I think that era is when comedy TV was the single biggest thing for young boys, moreso that rock music, football, etc those BBC comedy nights(with a million VHS's at the ready) with Blackadder, Bottom, The Young Ones, Python repeats and stuff like Chris Morris were what teens and just below talked about and quoted.

The first things to come to mind were Gilligan's Island and the Three Stooges when they would pop up, then Hercules, Xena, and the one season of Brisco County Jr.

I think the first adult shows I watched, if the first two up there don't count, were A-Team and Miami Vice.
