We used to have a pretty good football team in the late 90s and 2000s, other than that its all pretty boys, spoiled stuck up females and one step away from military academy

Sweet! I used to play on Bill Beck field down there many years ago. Do you live in South County?

Right over the border in CT. Work takes me all over southern RI, a lot of clients near the uni

In Rapid City, SD, it was the Cobblers. It was named after some guy named Cobb, but even though it's named after a guy named Cobb, they still made the mascot the trades profession Cobbler that repairs shoes <lmao>

In Vegas it was the Wildcats

So my high school teams were the Trappers, as in arctic and forest fur trapping. We never had a mascot per se but I think the logo in years past, namely a painted mural in the gymnasium from the mid 1980s, just featured a vaguely Inuit looking fur trader guy.

It was a knight charging in a jousting position, with teams called the Chargers. At first I was quite confused about what a Charger was as a few years earlier I had lived in California and was a fan of the pro NFL team the Chargers.
