Too bad Brock had diverticulitis and also had too little experience in MMA. He would have been hard to beat if his career had progressed differently.

I don't know how intentional it was. He was on queer street, or doing the stinky chicken dance, or however you want to phrase it. That was some funny shit though, and couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. All of his roids couldn't help him against Cain.

Yeah it def is. I was a fan though; I know he didn’t deserve the TS he got, and he got a lot of shit for being a pro wrestler, but Brock was a goddamn animal. Crazy athlete, insane wrestler. Pretty crazy who he managed to beat in his short career.

The combo Cain throws as Brock is on the cage is still one of my favorites of all time. It goes on for another second or two after the gif ends. Just an absolutely beautiful barrage of about 8 punches that all land with exact accuracy of where they need to be through Brock’s guard.

It's honestly my favourite moment in UFC history, the hype surrounding Brock was absolutely surreal, but the beauty of it was it was obvious he had holes in his game; the whole intrigue surrounding Lesnar was that, for a while, he appeared like he had a strong enough game to account for his deficiencies.

The man was an absolute beast, let's be honest, but I was siding with the MMA heavyweights and expecting SOMEONE to give him a tonking. When Cain delivered, I was exciting, elated, relieved... when it became obvious Cain wasn't going to Carwin himself into oblivion, it was clear Brock had found his ceiling.

Right. It’s the kind a wrinkle most guys see for the first time when they’re on the prelims. When it’s an adjustment you need to make in a title fight, forget it. It’s miraculous that Brock didn’t get owned more honestly. Leglock was the only other example of getting exposed for lack of skills/knowledge (I think Reem just got him, maybe or maybe not because of illness)
