Some good answers in here that I can fully agree with, but in the interest of giving a new answer I'll say Couture coming back to win the title from Sylvia. I was rooting for Randy big time but I actually bet against him because of the layoff and his history of struggling against bigger guys. That fight will always stick in my memory.
