I'm talking about single fight performances, based on who they beat, how they beat, and how convincing it was.

Here is my top 10:

Honorable Mentions:

Demetrious Johnson vs. John Dodson 2

Eddie Alvarez vs. Conor McGregor

Fabricio Werdum vs. Cain Velasquez

Jacare Souza vs. Robert Whitaker

Cain destroying JDS.

Hard list to make, so many choices. I agree with your #1, utter domination of a dominate champ.

Yes exactly!

It was too hard to decide with fights make into top10.... There are so many choices, so many great performances against great fighters..

A lot of Jones fights

A lot of GSP fights

Jacare Mousasi...

Aldo Faber...

Junior Mir...

I could probably name a hundred of them :(

I would have to include Robbie vs Rory on there and Bigfoot vs Hunt. But I guess that goes against ur standard.

Those are great fights though, not amazing performances by one fighter :p Robbie was rocked bad IIRC and Bigfoot Hunt was just a bloody mess.

Interesting TS you ranked Barao/TJ 2 as more one sided than the first fight, only seen both once but remember the first being more one sided.

I'd have to go, in no order.

- BJ vs Stevenson
- Jones vs Shogun
- Anderson vs Forrest

Every Tito vs Ken fight. Looking back I have no idea how anyone thought the sequels would be competetive

The only thing i disagree with was rory vs tyron. It wasnt so much as a great performance by rory as it was a shit performance by tyron.

It comes up a lot but I don't think SHogun is Jones best performance, it was basically taking another couple of rounds to finish someone who gassed in 4 mins. Machida was IMHO a much better performance adjusting and finishing to a dangerous opponent at his best very quickly.

Yeah for me it was between the Shogun fight and Machida fight.

I went with Shogun fight because Machida tagged Jones with a clean punch in first round which would probably KO him if Jones didn't have a great chin

Conor - Aldo

Machida - Evans

Silva - Leben

All pretty much as clean a victory as you can get.

Anderson Forrest Griffin duh.

Probably the single most impressive victory in the UFC. MW champ VS former LHW champ who is very hard to finish.
