What vitamin or supplements actually worked for you?

It has to be in the right ratios to work, and you don't necessarily need an empty stomach, just empty of anything that will be absorbed over the zinc, calcium is a big no no.

It's the only sup that I get an immediate effect off, big fan.

Iron Labs Nutrition, ZM6 Xtreme -... Amazon product ASIN B00VSI8A7I
yeah they would say don't take it with milk

I was taking that shit on Empty right before bed, I would eat my Dinner at 6 or 7 pm and try to hit the sack before 11 pm and I would take the ZMA and then id wake up with some grumbling and cramping.

I took the GNC brand from many years ago, I dont even know if GNC still makes ZMA.

What do you feel when you take it? describe it.

D3 made me stop having dry skin. I stopped taking it and I'd have flakes fall of skin which hurt. So i started again and been good for a year plus.

What happened to the water retention giving the swole look when on Crea Mono?

Also known as fluid retention, creatine can cause rapid water weight because the supplement draws water into your muscles' cells. Your muscles will hold onto this water, resulting in bloating or puffiness around your arms, legs, or stomach
I've never had water retention that's visible, it's all within your muscles.

I think you mean B6, you can find ZMA supps for Cheap like ON ZMa for 16 bucks or 90 caps

I just take sublingual methylcoblamin b12 lozenges that I let melt under my tongue, I have no clue if it does anything though. I take those Life Extension 500mcg ones, because you can lower or increase the dose and its cheaper. Some b12s cost a grip.

Yes B6 - typo.

One danger of Vitamin B and smokers. for some reason they found a link between taking Vitamin B6 or b12 and a much higher risk of lung cancer for smokers.

https://www.ajmc.com/newsroom/high-...study points to,especially in those who smoke.

Then don't smoke brother

Some of those studies are strange there is always a catch, B vitamins are water soluble so you pretty much piss out neon yellow when you have enough in your system.

Creatine and iron was the only one that made a difference for me.

I may have to try this out. My skin gets pretty damn dry in the winter.

How often you take that?
I haven't since I've been stuck working out at home but starting Monday I'll be back on 5 grams a day

Also you asked about Creatine before. I've been taking it for years and so have other people for decades since like 1940's... safely.

It works - plain and simple. The water retention is only very temporary (and not in all cases) and but also allows you to train harder. Once the water retention goes away, you're left with more muscle mass because you've been able to do 1 more rep or a little heavier, etc. If you work out, there is literally no reason not to take it. You can't get nearly as much creatine from food alone (in beef mostly.) If you try to get the same amount from beef, you'll have high blood pressure and all the bad things you get from too much red meat consumption.

You can also mitigate too much water retention just by drinking a lot of water causing you to piss a lot of it away.

That hasn't been proven really. Unless you take a ridiculous amount.

I agree 100 percent on the Fish oil, I used to buy those cheap ones on Purtain Pride, swanson, GNC, etc and they stank bad and were always melted and did nothing or me

When I finally tried Fish oil again I bought Nordic Natural after a long research to find a quality one, and then I took these and my clarity is there, I never felt this before I used to get some crazy headaches too.

this stuff really does help only downside is my skin is now oily.

What brand of B12 and what type do you use?

Brother what does your supplement schedule look like?

do you take them all at once like Rogan does or do you split them up, I heard its best to split up your pills and stuff not to take everything all at once.

I noticed when I take Coq10 in the evening I wont be able to sleep it gives me too much energy so I just take that with my breakfast early morning.

I'm not sure if they've worked but I've taken fish oil and garlic oil for a while now. Two a day.
