What upsets me is a PED user doesn't want his opponent using peds as well.

That's really slimey. Being hopped up on roids and beating people not on roids. I love Vitor but he's clearly guilty of this but under legal rules of TRT. I mean when TRT was legal. Everyone would have to take TRT to be on a level playing field. But they were assured that TRT only puts said fighter within normal levels. Not true. Even taking the therapeutic dose increases your testosterone levels and it seems to always be at peak levels. While Joe blow has testosterone levels that get high and low. TRT user it's at a constant high.

But seriously if you're gonna use peds. Talk to your opponent and be honest. Do you dope? If he's honest and says yes. Then it should be a gentleman's agreement that u both are ok to dope.

That's why Mark Hunt was so fucking pissed off with Lesnar. Hes like I'm clean and I have to work my ass off. Mark has fought in an organization that allowed peds. If it's allowed. Then that means HUNT can use peds as he so wishes as well. Whether he does or not is up to him. It can be something as simple as meldonium for increased cardio. Whatever.

I only want to see ped users fight other ped users. I don't want one clean fighter vs a ped user. Not fair.

Either it's all OK. Or its not OK.

Either Pride style no testing. Or the current hardline style of testing.

I'm on the side of Pride style no testing. But I still support the current rules 100 percent. Having a strong stance against peds. Because rules are rules. You can always change the rules but until they do. The current rules are the law of the land. :)

but if you dope and you're HONEST about it, you get suspended
Yeah I hate that game of cat and mouse. The fighters obviously want to use. Like the majority of them. But since it's not politically correct. Or accepted. Publicly they're against peds. But privately they support ped use all day. It's a joke. Only Ken Shamrock has been actively pro ped. The only honest one in the bunch.

Isn't that the whole point of PEDs? To gain an unfair advantage.

Remember, though: If you call out your opponent for suspected cheating, they get a free pass to cheat. Doesn't matter if they end up failing the test.

Isn't it also unfair that Fighter A has better genetics than Fighter B?
Definitely. But you can't stop that. Also someone with more money can afford the best trainers and have a live in chef etc. That's also an unfair advantage. But the chemical advantage is something they feel they can control.

Lol at mark hunt working his ass off

i cheat every chance i get in board games and card games. if i catch my friends trying to cheat i talk shit and try to reverse a turn or a play

peoples is weirds yo

You can't change genetics, but you can gain an unfair advantage by using PEDs. What if the genetically superior fighter uses PEDs against a genetically inferior fighter not using PEDs?

See, I think this is the question that divides the aisle. To someone the looks at PEDs in a negative light, that would probably be their mindset, but I'm on the other side for instance. I don't believe that "User X" is telling himself, "I'm going to take this, so I can be stronger, faster, etc. than "Fight B", I'm of the mindset that his thought process is that "I want to be the strongest, quickest, healthiest, most skilled version of myself when I get in the ring/cage".

We get to see some "next level, highlight reel matrix shit."

I'm talking "Once in human history type highlight shit"

Are they not one in the same though?

Everyone wants an edge.

Nope. At least I don't think so. Wanting an edge and just wanting to be at your best ring differently to me. I honestly don't believe that any player/fighter cares if their opponent is on PEDs if they are on PEDs. To me, that would be wanting an edge and would be unfair. Just wanting your body to perform up to it's potential and to feel better, is just a logical way of thinking.
