what to eat the night before and the morning of a weigh in

    Hey guys, i'm entering a jitz tourney this saturday and i am around 153 lbs midday for a 154 lb weight limit division. Just wondering what foods i should eat which aren't too heavy and will give me energy for the tournament. I'll be weighed in the morning for the tourney begins.

    Also should i a little more weight or am i fine? Thanks

    Eat a chicken salad the night before, then hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
