No, Sean still has a full head of hair and it's obvious. He chooses to shave. Also he's clearly still a good looking guy, lost some face definition because he walks around like 20% body fat, that's also what happened to his physique. Plus, he got older. But yeah, Sean has strong facial features still.

He's 8 years older and the pic on the left has obviously better lighting and posing. We all see the dude fight a couple times a year and he's in fine shape, it's not like he's a lazy slob that should move down a weight class or anything
