What single fight would have changed UFC history the most if the opposite outcome happened?

If Michael Johnson beat Nate Diaz we would have never gotten the Conor callout. Nate would not have been as big of a star as he became. Also Alex not being saved by the bell in the first Adesanya fight would have changed a lot.

michael johnson was winning the fight with low kicks but abandoned iirc

If ken shamrock beaten royce Gracie the first time around, wonder if BJJ would have been a big staple

If entertainment companies WME/TKO Holdings didn't transition us into the era of fixed fights:

Jones would not be a champ now.
O'Malley would have never been a champ.
Conor would never have been a double champ / held the sport hostage.
The sport would have never been compromised with fixed steroid regimes, fixed career paths, fixed refs, and fixed judges.
The sport would not now have dwindling interest / which was the trade-off in exchange for them preserving a few "stars"

If Royce Gracie didn't cheat and use his belt to choke Shamrock, BJJ wouldn't have been as a dominate base in MMA

Thought of another. If Ferguson beat Gaethje then the Khabib fight would have been booked for a 6th time and the sun would have exploded to prevent it happening.
this is so true. Or WW3 would have erupted the next day
