What rule says they would have to disclose?

Fallon Fox was a male who fathered a child and within one year identified female and competed in WMMA as a female. The Florida commission let Fallon compete in WMMA on the basis that Fallon self identified as female.

It seems to me there is no obligation to disclose transgender status, and the only precedent we have says it wouldn't stop you from competing anyway. If the UFC refused to sign a WMMA fighter on the basis of their transgender status, that could open the UFC up to a lawsuit.

How do we know there are not transgender fighters already in the UFC? I think there likely is at least one.

It would be pretty hard to hide given that fighters have to disclose all medications they are on.

Do you know how many different types of steroids that transgenders have to take to retain the semblance of their gender?

Good luck getting through any drug test...

For the record I don't think there are any transsexuals in the UFC. There could be one or two whom have slight 'inter-sex' conditions similar to the whole hoopla around Caster Semenya. But an actually fully fledged male who has gotten surgery ? ...no.

I'm not aware of the specifics but I'm guessing perhaps things like testosterone level would be what the AC's or other bodies would look at?

I mean any advantage in shear size in MMA is going to be negotiated by weight classes.

It is unlikely, because any potential candidate these days would be researched by the internet community, the moment they signed with the UFC.

I know of someone who competes in BJJ tournaments and is a FtM transgender. They take hormones and disclose the fact that they do, but they only use it to maintain levels what would be within the limit of a man.

Sometimes I wonder if getting to punch broads in the head is worth making a transition.

Did you just watch Chael Sonnen's latest video about this?

And Fox got his ass kicked and stopped by a chick who is 2-3 in the UFC.

Yes they disclose that they are a transgender...

Also BJJ tournament testing vs. USADA is completely different levels of testing.

What if someone just identifies as trans but is in fact a decepticon

Well I'd say that goes for any promotion outside of the UFC. You have to kinda just accept that there isn't as strict drugs testing, so anyone could be abusing PEDs.
