After taking out Olympic champion Henry Cejudo last night, where does DJ go from here? I would like to see a move up to Bantamweight again.

Joe B fights someone for n1 contender spot

Nguen/Scoggins/Reis/Formiga are in the mix with a couple of wins

yawn, all would get destroyed by DJ .I have zero interest in him fighting at 125 until a real contender appears. He needs to move up for fights with cruz, TJ and he can keep his belt until we have that contender at 125.

The man badly needs an opponent on his skill level.
People don't like the division but he's ridiculously good.

Break Anderson Silva's record and retire.

Dana said himself he needs to throw money at DJ to get him to move up, so get your wallet out dana.

There's just no one left at 125.

He can fight for the 135 belt.

I think people are forgetting half the FLW division.

Scoggins is super legit, I'd like to see him get the next shot. He had a couple loses but he was really competitive in both and looks skilled and dangerous. Formiga just dropped a split D to Cejudo but had 3 very impressive wins before that, so he could be a win or two away. Same for Reis. You got a lot of guys who could win 2 more and be right there. A couple of the newer guys I've seen on the prelims look good.

Go with Scoggins then Formiga and in the meantime, assume Machovsky, Ortiz, Nguyen or someone else will make a showing for the third shot after that. That's all assuming of course DJ keeps winning.

When you get shallower divisions like FLW and HW you don't have to do as much to get a shot as you do at a division like WW where it takes many wins to even break top 10. Pick contenders just like you always do, and let the champ run through them if you can. A new badass guy will come along sooner than later. They alllllwayyyyys do.

Asunscauo (sp?) tweeted he will drop to 125... I wonder if he could do that successfully?

Dillashaw said he walks around at 144 and could make flyweight maybe he could drop too.

I wouldn't mind seeing DJ get the title defence record before moving up permanently and leaving Dodson and Joe-B to fight it out.

Nah, the division is cleared.

Not too much noise about this yet on the forum.

MM said he wants to break the defense record held by Anderson Silva. Then maybe Cruz, he said he was open to it. Gonna be kinda fucked up if MM decides to win so much that he holds all the records because he gets so much shit. He goes to media events where nobody even wants to ask the man a question, then he goes and kicks the piss out of an opponent and then do you know what he does? He goes back home and plays video games, that's what he does.
