North south, into triangle choke to soften her up, then finished off with a rear naked. But realistically, on a skinny, middle aged woman... anything i wanted.

Not like she'll ever need martial arts for protection anyway, I imagine that she has 10+ secret service personnel on her at any given time.

When I was younger , I had a guy that wanted to train me in aikido and actually open a aikido dojo
