What is the breakdown of your Muay Thai class?
a normal class (not fighters) is usually:
- warm-up: usually skipping or jogging (10 mins)
- drills (e.g. kick only sparring or a minute teep/knees)
- 2 or 3 techniques demonstrated by the coach
- 2 or 3 rounds of freestyle pad work
- abs/burn-out
Why I don\t like Muay Thai, another set of reasons. Too tough guy-ish.
I won't. Muay Thai needs more depth re training.Don't even get near Kyokushin then.
what do you mean? how is this 'tough guy-ish'? at least 1/4 of the students are girls?
30 minutes of rolling stone on your shins followed by 30 minutes of kicking a concrete pillar followed by 1 hour of dancing with a tennis racket on your head.
