What is your typical Muay Thai class like?

a normal class (not fighters) is usually:
  • warm-up: usually skipping or jogging (10 mins)
  • drills (e.g. kick only sparring or a minute teep/knees)
  • 2 or 3 techniques demonstrated by the coach
  • 2 or 3 rounds of freestyle pad work
  • abs/burn-out

Why I don\t like Muay Thai, another set of reasons. Too tough guy-ish.<HisEye>

30 minutes of rolling stone on your shins followed by 30 minutes of kicking a concrete pillar followed by 1 hour of dancing with a tennis racket on your head.
