Gilbert Melendez vs Diego Sanchez is still one of my favorite.
Also Stefan Struve vs Denis Stojnic and Pat Barry where amazing fights as well.

Frankie vs Gray for me. That fight had everything - huge swings in momentum, heart, toughness - both men had their moments. Just a great overall display of skill and the desire to compete and win. The fact that it goes the full 25 minutes is actually a bonus, means you can enjoy a nice long fight.

Counting WEC? Pettis vs Bendo. People often only remember the kick, but it was an amazing back and forth fight that had great technical striking and grappling

Side note I think Luke vs Weidman 1 is super underrated as a fight. Noth guys threw hard, fought hard and technical. Not my #1 but that fight doesnt get enough likes imo
