What is the typical Dutch diet?

Lots of milk, cheese, bread, meat, I believe. You can look up the typical Netherlands diet.

Yeh I think it is more to do with genetics. I did notice my grandma and her family ate a shitload of protein, though. Especially cheese and meat sandwiches, every day. There was also a main focus meat dish with every dinner. A lot of roasts.. Also they never skimp on the fat. Butter and lard, mostly.

cheese on bread, drink milk, eat lotsa potatoes. vegetable like food. some meat.

i don't think its genetics its a massive sample size and genetically they are not too dissimilair to the countries around them plus they have a large migrant population.

Its tough to say exactly. But one thing is there is a huge influx of Mexicans in the U.S. and Mexicans are linked to being very short. If the U.S. peaked right after WW2 then I would link it to two factors, immigration from short countries(Mexico, Vietnam, Korea, Philippines, India) and diet.

Well the countries around them are the tallest in the world so I wouldn't throw that genetic theory you have out the window just yet. The top 4 are all countries all border each other.
