who else has been so fragile and injury-prone in mma? crocop has had his entire body operated, and hes always been active and hungry to fight. cain seems blase and bored. so what are his injuries and how long do they take to heal and how common are they, im skeptical and not buying it

Knees and back IIRC, plenty of others have gotten hurt like him. Plenty retire in his position.

I asked a few times and no one seemed to know.

Why is he out right now?
What are his injuries?
What did he have surefetybon and why?

He’s surfing with Arona

I think there's a technical term for his medical issue. It's called Dominick Cruz Syndrome.

Bone spurs in his back is the latest to the best of my recollection.

I do not know what there is to buy. The man gets paid to fight. A fighter's window to earn is relatively short. He has a family to support. He isn't "faking it" ffs.

glass body syndrome

His camp isn't smart when it comes to keeping their fighters healthy.

are these injuries he sustained while fighting, or are they something hes had or was inclined to get based on his biology-constitution

Maybe he is lazy.

But seriously, he probably made a few million before USADA took him out of title contention, so he's all good.

He is Mexican and is crippled by too much USA air & altitude. Needs to get back to his roots.

Cain can't train higher than a C-level, without getting injured these days.

Poor training, poor dieting and probably poor medical attention. Fighters have this ignorant mentality that they must train hard everyday to make gains. I seriously doubt the validity of this ideology.

I think fighters should seek and invest in working with qualified sports medicine and physiology experts. I have this hypothesis that a fighter should check his inflammation levels when he feels at his best when he is out of camp.

When he starts camp, after every hard training session, the fighter should check his inflammation levels again. If they are way above the baseline, the fighter should do lighter exercises until the inflammation comes down and/or take non-USADA banned substances that reduce inflammation.

Once the inflammation has come down, the fighter should do another hard training session. Unreasonable stress and inflammation are beginning of the end. I could be wrong though.
