This tends to change from time to time. LHW used to be where it's at, now its a shell of its former self.. FW used to be pretty shallow, now is teeming with talent etc. (Of course these views are entirely subjective)

So what do you believe to be the CURRENT most stacked division (filled with most talented fighters and toughest fights) ?

Reasons?

Middleweight for me. Luke, The Chris, Yoel, Vitor, Jacaré, Whittaker...

Interesting thing when we realise that a couple of years ago the same division was one of the weakest.

WW. Gunnar, Tarec, Johnny Hendricks, Gastellum, Maia, Matt Brown, WB, Cote, Woodley, Nick Diaz, Rory, Condit, Ruthless, Tumenov, Magny, Cowboy.

Yeah. I was wrong. Can I change my vote?

Lmao LHW was never stacked.

LW, WW and now FW are and always have been better.

MW is great these days at the top.

BW is looking good.

HW is meh, but better than LHW

Flw kinda sucks.

WW

lawler
rory
woodley
magny
maia
Hendricks
Thompson
Condit

I voted Welterweight, its hard to choose between Welterweight and Lightweight.

WW is looking pretty damn stacked even without GSP, Hughes, and Fitch.

There are even some dark horses not even in the top ten that could create some chaos.

It's still lightweight.

Umm..what? At one point, lhw had (more or less)prime versions of Chuck, Wandy, Page, Hendo, Randy, Vitor, Lil Nog, Shogun, Tito, and up-and-comers like Reem, Griffin, Rashad, 'Chida, Mous, etc. In retrospect, it might have been the most stacked division in mma history.

WW and FW are awesome, for sure, but 155 has pretty consistently been the best division and it still is.

Dos Anjos is low key the best pound for pound fighter alive. Then you have
Alvarez
Melendez
Sanchez
Diaz
Pettis
Ferguson
Barboza
Santos
Martins
Trinaldo
Tibau
Nurmagomedov
Magomedov
Khabilov
Dariush
Chiesa
Iaquinta
Johnson
Lauzon
Dunham
Poirier
Greene
Lee
Vick
Felder
...
and the list goes on...

WW is getting better with Henderson, Masvidal, and Cerrone all moving up, but LW is still the most stacked division, talent wise though.

WW's actually top heavy, not least of all because the best fighters are outside the UFC or "retired"

Lightweight then Welterweight, same as usual.

WW. Gunnar, Tarec, Johnny Hendricks, Gastellum, Maia, Matt Brown, WB, Cote, Woodley, Nick Diaz, Rory, Condit, Ruthless, Tumenov, Magny, Cowboy.
I agree. With LW and MW making a strong showing as well.

It's between LW and WW but I will give the edge to WW.

WW most competitive / stacked division in present time.

I think LW with WW coming in big in Second Place.

I personally would love to go old school one time and have a tournament for each division to really decide who is the best. (i know tournaments have their problems and don't always show who is really the "best" but I like the spirit of 1 man leaving on top of the mountain.)
