My sleeper buy of the 90s are the turbo 2.2 L Chrysler cars with a 5 speed manual.

The Dodge Daytona IROC RT and Dodge Spirit RT come to mind those cars made like 220 horsepower and were light as fuck. I think they ran mid 15s bone stock.

Love those Mustangs. I've always been a GM guy, but my favorite Fords are the Fox Body Mustangs, especially the 93 Cobra... which we should add the GOAT 90s car list. I was debating buying an LX hatch or notchback 5.0 in the late 90s.

Krixes, did you roll w/ the Ragtop down so your hair could blow?

we know TeTe would be on that shit, STAT

Exactly, N/A version of the supra with a touch of luxury.

The 93 Cobra might be the GOAT for 90's cars imo.... I still hate myself for not buying one while they were reasonably priced. I've owned several 4th generation f-Bodies as well, I always loved the power of the LS platform.

Seems like there were so many cooler cars back then....not talking super cars, just really cool attainable sports cars.

Was always a fan of Saleen Ponies.

Lol who drove these cars beside less than 10ppl you never heard of?..
I drove those cars in Need For Speed 2 buddy. I was so stoked to play Need For Speed 3 Hot Pursuit but my video card couldn't handle it.

I"m not saying this car was awesome, but it certainly looked sporty. I just realized, i haven't seen one of these in what, 20 years?
th

remember the Ford Probe GT?

then later they had the Contour SVT?

The Probe Gt's were fun as hell. I think most of them got destroyed during the cash for clunkers deal Obama had going..

No mention of the Viper yet?

Title says sports cars, so of course everyone starts posting pics of super/exotic cars.

the Miata is the literal definition of a sports car, based on old school British sports cars of the ‘60s

Those are fun little cars. They're great for road courses. Unfortunately just like the S2000 I'm just too tall to comfortably drive one.

One of the few ricer cars that you didn't have to worry about if it's still in your parking lot or gutted for parts the next morning.

I got more but i would bore yall.
MR2's and 90's Civics are still stolen at very high rates. In fact, the '98 Civic is STILL the most stolen car.

And forget about parking an Integra Type R on the street.

It wouldnt last a week before thieves found out about it and planned a theft.
lol and only the 3rd lowest rated Dougscore. But he gave it a relatively high Cool Factor of 6. That beats the Murano Crosscabriolet (one of the ugliest cars ever), the Ford Bronco, and the Cadillac ELR.

People still do this? C'mon, this is boomer shit. The companies have zero loyalty to you so you don't owe them anything.
