What is next for Cruz?

The next logical match is vs TJ but he clearly does not fancy the rematch based on a recent interview. I have to admit I am getting rematch fatigue myself. I would like see Cruz matched against one of the other contenders and TJ perhaps take one more fight. Thoughts?

The awesome thing is that is isn't CRUZ that decides who he fights. With his record of injury, just be happy if he ever gets to defend this title before getting injured again. It's clearly TJ that should get the next fight. Coby needs a few more fights before he gets his go... options are limited.

I say feed him Caraway in a co-main on some ppv this year. Than he either moves up or fights Tj or Garbrandt depending on who fights more. Or if they fight each other, that would be good for #1 contender.

Surely no way they let him move it and keep the belt for a super fight given his injury record and the recent experiences with the FW belt being held up

Lineker is in front of Cody in the queue, Cody needs to fight somebody who's actually a contender first. Hype job who couldn't cut it in boxing so transitioned to MMA.

why? it's the only fight Cruz has ever looked dominant, so we either get Mizugaki avenging his loss, or we see Cruz commit another hate crime.
