What is Happening with the Avatars?

Have the avatars disappeared from the list of threads on mobile?

I know we didn't see the avatars on mobile when we were in threads but now we don't even see them outside of threads when browsing the thread list.. We used to be able to see who started the threads.

Is this normal?

Also, just noticed a few seconds ago that we can now see avatars on mobile when we are in threads. But on the right?
