Are you completely ignoring the obvious usada does not test for cocaine or weed out of competition, jones factually failed a out of competition test from last month.
That means usada has verified that theres a banned substance in his sample, and anything that usada has listed as a banned substance is a ped.
What he fails for does matter, but considering he failed leading up to a fight and not after for recovery, its not looking good for jones.

Did you even pay attention to the time when he failed the out of competition test for cocaine when he wasn't supposed to be tested for recreational drugs? Recreational drugs are only test in competition pre and post fight on the day of. He failed in June out of competition for a PED but we don't know what PED.
